COEM SUPPLY – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Coem Supply. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. 15-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, unused, and unworn).
It must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, chemical products, used tools/equipment, or gift cards. Sale items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these cases, Coem Supply will cover the return shipping costs.
Please provide photos or a short video of the damaged/wrong item when contacting us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item/size, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at coesupply@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
